The video is pretty short because after collecting a journal's page I just close the window and keep playing, so if you need to read it just pause the video. All of the pages are shown in the video, but they are quite easy to find except maybe for one, shown at 6:45 that you can easily find in the greenhouse after you collect the Atropa Belladonna plant.

Don't fastfoward too quickly the video if you don't want to spoil anything, otherwise just go read the other guide here on Steam with written steps.
