Follow these simple steps:
For those who didn't know, it is possible to get the HD PS3 textures for this game to work on your pc. Go to this website to download them : https://thirteenag.github.io/wfp#sec6
1) Press the arrow beside the green download button and click on "HD textures from PS3 version"
2) Once downloaded, extract the contents of the "textures" folder of the archive to your game directory
e.g C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Splinter Cell\textures
3) press "yes to all" and wait for it to finish copying over.
It's as simple as that! Now play the game and enjoy!

Edit : that website also has the HD textures for Pandora Tomorrow but unfortunately no Chaos Theory

the ps3 version is just a pc port

As of today links are still active and work as described. just click the down arrow next to the text "Download" and it will be a selection there

I dont actually think there were any upgraded textures for chaos theory. The PC already had HD textures, so i think the ps3 just used those.

I don't think the pc version of Chaos Theory needs HD textures, it looks like it already has them.
