Yes the map is not finished yet.

A good idea done badly. Buildings & walls that are vapor... you can drive right through them & can not garrison them. Bridges that do not work... (the top left bridge at least can not let large & medium tanks exit/enter. Insufficient resources for two players, little own 8. You need to turn those point to 25 at least. Once I culled the enemy AI troops, it was too easy to keep ahead, as he simply couldnt produce more than 1 tank could deal too. I also suggest you put 4 resources on the outer area, as at least the a front may stabalise.
