I've fixed the green square by creating an alpha channel and I also increased the decal size.
BGO4 is recommended for a gory experience

Textures for some blood splatters are too large, they look weird. Otherwise good textures, just need to have the size decrease on certain decals.

I think the icon is pretty misleading because there is no bumpmapping to the blood.

i factory reset gmod and its still there even after a menucleanupgmas and deleted all my addons + reinstalled gmod
