Safe Code Puzzle

Later in the game, there is a puzzle where you have to open a safe. In order to do so, you have to guess all the six digits of the code right. This can be quite annoying. To avoid this, here´s the code:

The puzzle is really simple, just the stetoscope is throwing people off imo, it sure confused me.

I still wonder what is the point to need a stethoscope if all the sounds are exactly the same and thus it's completely useless.

There's not really a lot of guess work. Everytime you enter a number it tells you whether or not that number is in the code. Take a turn or two to enter every number in sequence, baring 6 and 5 that we already know, then all you have to do is find the order for the four numbers with checkmarks. Easy peasy.
