Rip the GMA open with GMAD (supplied with GMod, game's folder->bin) and you could use it. Made with that compatibility in mind.

1) Multitude of software to *create*, not import. All OCs I've made are made from parts. You could be allowed this knowledge, but you need to know the technicalities of the process. It's not a "one button" process.
2) No, never had a server for this kind of stuff.
