i know that the model is small. it was sent to me in a small scale. if you want to make it bigger, use the "add scale to transforms" tool on the root transform

--Update--
added gold textures (for some reason, the new UV layout for the eyes didn't compile with the update and his gold texture will give him red around the eyes instead of black)

like i said, it wasn't sent to me in source scale. if i scaled it up, i would have to re-make the whole armature and i have lots of work to do already

@FightingLucario and also, if you maximize the root transform scale and ate not satisfied, put a scale control on the pelvis bone to scale more.
