V1.1
CARTER-A259's voice ripped from halo reach files.

Changes in v1.1: Raised cue volumes from .75 to 1.
To Do: check cue placement, add Psionic skill cues.

His clips are best suited for a ranger (Lots of run and gun style quotes).

When the Reach squad is done I'll upload that to nexus.

All sounds belong to Bungie.

@Loki7007 cheers! I put most of his lines into Ranger so the other classes might be a little mute. I'll be polishing them all up soon.

@Invisigoth Some interesting stuff there! I'd love to if I had more time on my hands. I have a ton of personal ones I want to make first, just out of pure nostalgia. Sadly I've never played System Shock so the lines have no personal feelings for me, if that makes any sense, lol. I'm sure someone will make those soon, post a request on the XCOM reddit forums, or do it yourself!
