To edit the probability of recruits having a certain flag go into Drive:\Games\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\268500 and search 'Add', this mod is 'AddDeathGuard' and in Config/XcomGameBoard.ini change the unit weight values to whatever you desire.

Triple update today to make up for a week of no flags, finally found some time so enjoy. :)

3 skulls is post Heresy and 1 skull is pre Heresy.

Updated into the Chaos Forces Pack, sub to that if you wanna get all the Chaos Flags without having to check back constantly, this is the individual mod.
