Ok after alot of working out and talking on the original Arma fourms and steam Arma fourms, There are ways to Create a Arma server or Join a Online Arma server.
Im going to try explain it for you guys...

1. You will need a program called (Evolve or Hamachi) This program allowes you to Create Private Online Networks to your games. (I use Evolve!!)

2. Create a Account on Evolve or Hamachi and confirm your accout Via E-mail.

3. When thats done, Start the Program and Sign-in.

4. (Evolve) When its started up click on the Evolve Icon in the Top-Left Corna and Create a Party. (if you have Windows-10 there is a patch on YouTube to make this work)

5. Invite your friends to your Evolve/Hamachi Party and Right click on the hosts name of the arma server and click Copy IP Address

6. Start up Arma and go onto multiplayer and click remote and Paste the IP address and Search.

7. DONE!!!!! Should Work

I dont really know how to use hamachi so you might haft to do some research on how to do it...

I would go onto KKB Server its most popular... Make sure steams open so it detects Arma
On website where it says connect click Steam....
