Before launching Max Payne 3 on Steam, go to MP3_Installers (for example, D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Max Payne 3\MP3_Installers)

First, install Directx, click on DXSetup.exe
Then, Install Social Club, click on Social Club v. 1.1.7.2.exe
After that, install vcredist_x86.exe.

Download and install this too: https://www.microsoft.com/it-it/download/details.aspx?id=5582

REMEMBER: DON'T TOUCH STEAMUNINSTALLER.EXE!
