I, personally, think that it's the most stupid, tedious and time-wasting "achievement" I've seen so far.
It demands no skill or logic or coming up with the idea - just clicking in "right" time according to the script.

In many guides thoroughly described how to get it. Unfortunately, if you missed at least 1 of 6 stages required for it, you will have to start from previous successful stage (and only on terms that you have save-file from that stage) - that hardly can bring an enjoyment.
In other words, if you missed the very first stage, you need to start from scratch the entire game and go through 38% of it one more time.

To avoid that I offer you my save-file right before the 6th stage - you just need to click one more time on Joey and achievement is yours.
