Completely reworked the Sniper Soldier Engineer Scout Medic and Spy packs with more audio from the Meet Your Match update and new preview videos.

Forgive me if I'm mistaken. I've been posting that PSA on a bunch of voice packs today. This may be one I thought I'd tested but didn't really; very likely, seeing as your others do work for me. I'll try it, just to be sure.

I don't get it all the audio is already 16bit mono 22050hz. Maybe try unsubbing and resubbing? I don't know.

Sadly, doesn't work on Mac. However, PSA — another modder, ObelixDk, appears to have figured out why some audio files don't work for Mac and how to fix them: https://www.reddit.com/r/xcom2mods/comments/4b6wvs/psa_for_voice_pack_creators/
