You basically need to rebuild your mod using the WotC SDK to get cosmetics to work with the new shaders.

tested it just now, can confirm WOTC broke eyepatch right. seems to be the same issue all other cosmetic mods that did not transfer well have had. probably something to do with the new shaders in WOTC, interestingly, the metal gear solid BDU mod has transfered without a hitch. so if you need to reverse engineer a problem solution, you might want to look there.
