So at the time of writing this, I am the only one with the issue and the dev has attempted a few things but so far no luck. So if by some chance you are also having this issue, this guide should be able to help you! This is for NVIDIA cards, but I assume AMD has something just like it/configured roughly the same.

So you booted up the game, maybe checked the settings and either change your screen resolution or turned up the AA etc but when you hit apply the game completely locks up or even if you don't change anything and hit the X button the same issue happens? Here is how I got it running :)

Now I have two cards in my laptop, a integrated one and then a seperate one.

1. Open up Nvidia Control Panel
   
2. Click on Manage 3D settings
   
3. Add Blood and Bacon by clicking on add
   
4. Set to use integrated and click apply
   
5. Run Blood and Bacon, go into settings and change what you want to change, Hit X then hit A
   
6. Either play with integrated gpu or exit game, and tell Blood and Bacon to run with 2nd gpu (or simply remove it to go back to its default settings) and hit apply
   
7. Done

So for those who feel a bit lost (never used the program), or cannot read english (or very well) I will provide screenshots! Click to enlarge.


Step 1. - Open Nvidia Control Panel

Step 2. - Add Blood and Bacon to the list

Step 3 - Select Intergrated graphics (remember to click on apply)

Step 4 - Go into the game and change settings and apply and save them

Step 5 - You are done. Either play the game, or delete blood and bacon in Nvidia Control Panel or tell it to use the 2nd graphics card.

Well hopefully this fixes it (hopefully this doesn't happen much at all) for everyone
