Vanilla Mod

This mod gives 3 skill points with each new level-up and lowers the level requirements for learning new skills. I also added an extra stat point with each level up.

Heres a brief overview of the new level requirements for skills :
1st Row Skills - Tier 1 opens at level 1, Tier 2 and 3 unlock at levels 15 and 30
2nd Row Skills - Tier 1 opens at level 10, Tier 2 and 3 unlock at levels 25 and 40
3rd Row Skills - Tier 1 opens at level 30, Tier 2 and 3 unlock at levels 45 and 60

Passives do not have Tiers, so each Rank unlocks every 5 levels.



This mod does not work with the 'Tenebris' class from Torchlight II Essentials nor the WoW Paladin
