Before pretzels appear, I think you have to play through with the tape recorder (which doesn't appear on your first play through). Take it off the table in the first room, grab every cassette you find and listen. One of them is by "Tommy" who says he's going to hide pretzels in "every nook and cranny"

As for the vid, I counted 1 normal ("Begin the Heist") and 5 secret, not the other way around. Much of the achievements in this game revolve around finding and collecting hidden stuff.

I tried entering those numbers into the giant keypad... nothing. I suspect the numbers are (for the most part) meaningless on the keypad (just like the numbered buttons in The Stanley Parable). They also don't seem to translate into anything meaningful when converted to something like ASCII.

I also saw some more numbers on a paper lying on the floor when you first enter High Concept Miscellaneous Interactions. Maybe something to do with the detective work features at the CrowsCrowsCrows website?
