All Dragons in one Dwelling (Bone And Obsidian Dragon in Dragon Peak)

This Mod allows the production of Bone and Obsidian dragons and wyverns in the Dragon Peak by adding four new production buildings:

-Burrow of Styx -> Obsidian Wyvern
-Stygian Lair -> Obsidian Dragon
-Drake Graveyard -> Bone Wyvern
-Crypt of the Great Wyrm -> Bone Dragon

From a lore standing point, It makes more sense to have the bone dragon added into the peak rather than the Archon Dwelling because Dragons would prefer to die within their own (unless slain) and as a whole, their race would have magical properties / knowledge to have a haunted / cursed graveyard on their own.
Also, there´s a precedent of the classical Dracolich from D&D which is only found in dragon boneyards (of which always happen to be located far far away from human gravesites and specially necropolis / lich domains)

Also, you can consolidate both Dragons in one-mod and one dwelling.

For some reason I start already able to build Obsidian Wyverns and Dragons, and can either build fire wyverns or frost wyverns not both at the same time.

Umm, all of them. I have 73 mods. So if in your mod, it works as intended, then I have a compatability issue. If you changed the priority of your mod, that may fix it. Is there any reason why your mod wouldnt be listed as being a priority?

Bone and Obsidian Dragons are buildable without their prerequisite buildings. So taking over a dragon roost, I can immediately start building those 2 dragons without even building the buildings to build them. Ruins the Paragon quest. Kinda unbalanced because the AI starts spamming them. Can you fix?

I´m afraid it is not compatible with the New Dawn mod. We are both fighting for the same base resource. I would be unable to fix the dragons without dimishing your experience of the New Dawn mod, which is much (much) larger in scope.

I guess the best method will be to do a new mod which adds both the Drake Graveyard and the Crypt as city upgrades if a Tomb is present. (opens pack manager and begin thinkering)

This mod reassigns both Dragons to the Peak and does not have any priority, so if you are running other mods it´s probably a compatibility issue. Will it be much trouble to ask you which mods are you running or if you are in a specific map? i{ll check what{s the issue and patch it. It does work with the base game or in tandem with some popular mods, but i have not tested with batallions or decodence.
