f you look on the official dark angels codex and the casing for the 7th edition rulebook
which both has a dark angel marine on its cover, you will find a lack of gold
and also spot a darker shade of green

no the dark angels does not wear gold unless its veterans of some kind
and by the lack of decorations on this marine i can tell that its not a veteran

the shade of green is all wrong, needs to be you know, dark
and chapter symbol is missing
