The flare that always burns out chaotically... JOKAHHH!

Oddly enough, the hardest part of this mod was recording it. I checked most of the solo missions, but found no flare guns. Finally I joined a random survival on solo to try it there. The audio for the flare burn is technically about 23-25 seconds long. Firing it takes about 3 seconds max til audio starts. Considering I have modded start-music, I had to type snd_restart to cance lit before recoding. All in all let's estimate this would in total take about 35-40 seconds, right? About 44 if we include the reload (one audio modded).

In solo survival, you're lucky with ten seconds before an AI tries to shoot you... After that, and finally joining a group and a few guys GUARDING ME just so i could record... the video came out horrible. So I gave up and linked the full OP. The flare burn is the first chorus. Enjoy it.
