Well, if it's endings you're going for, play as Azazel or Cain. Azazel is just OP by default and Cain's luck also means he'll get more money/better chances with arcades.

Also, if it doesn't leave you with one heart, get Brimstone.

I'm at the womb now, I know on how to get all the endings but I tend to have a hard time doing it, any advice?
