Helps debuff bosses, otherwise not worth regular carry

Good guide, and I wished I could have found that weapon useful, but it seemed more effective to just shoot people in the head with regular weapons. I'm sure it has some use, but I don't generally carry many weapons anyways, a pistol, sniper rifle, and short range weapon is pretty much it.
