描述
D-Day. A day branded into the minds of generations as one of the most valiant displays of heroism ever seen in the modern world. As the German army struggled to defend the Atlantic wall with a force comprised of mostly under trained school boys and men too old or out of shape to warrant use on the front lines in Russia somewhere near 156,000 Allied troops landed on the beaches and began assaulting the illl prepared and under equipped German forces. Now is the time brothers. Show your country you are worthy of the title of hero. Defend the Fatherland in the name of the Fuhrer, or crush the german resistance in service of the pursuit of Democracy and freedom around the world. Your name will be remembered, as part of a day that will live in infamy, in the company of heroes.

it is historical because thats what the allies had to do they had to run up the beach to the little chokepoinbt areas where they then fought up to the bunkers

my contention with this map is the incredibly small pass, and maybe that's historically accurate, but it makes for quite the stalemate
