In game, you can't set resolution and graphic levels. To set, you have to go to the install directory (in my case "D:/Program Files (x86)/Steam/Steamapps/common/) and in the Ford Racing folder, you must enter in the CONFIG one. Open "syscfg" and set it. Try to launch the game with the button, if it works, you can launch the game directly from steam :D
