This is a Roman unit and building compilation mod made by Master_Foozle, I only take credit for converting the mod over to EE.

Contains roughly around 45 units, of which 3 are ships, 4 are Buildings, 2 or 3 are officer units, 4 are standard/eagle barrers and around 10 or less/more are Barbarian units, no other civ units are included sadly.

This pack is provided as is, everything is only available in the Editor and cannot be trained in the normal game, however, the Buildings themselves can produce units if you build/place them in the Editor or in the normal game, provided you make it buildable to a certain unit through the protox.xml and techtreex.xml files.

A little note here, since EE now works with the en-language file in the Language/en folder I had to name each and every unit and give them a new id number, just something to keep in mind if you have other mods not providing the proper names for each unit, the ID number given to a certain unit or building in the protox.xml file is LINKED with the same id number in the file I mentioned earlier, the en-language one, so you will have to do like me and edit it yourself if a unit has no or the wrong name.

Edit: If you have any other mods (such as advanced tooltips for example) which change the en-language file the units will not have any names or will at least have different and very much akward names, so be warned.

I converted this mod over for the sole purpose of the units being used in other people's mods, hence why non of the buildings or units are buildable in the normal game. I hope that in the future after the release of the Tales of the Dragon I can assemble enough Roman content (including Gods, myth units, etc...) to replace the Chinese as I have nothing against them, but I feel as they're over-done in the Age of Empires series and that the Romans are under-done, only being in the first Age of Empires, as well as I'd feel they'd fit better in with the already mostly European civs unlike the Asian based Chinese.

NOTE: The mod will not be further updated.

You can't play with any of the units normally anyhow so there's no point in updating it.

It will now only serve as an asset pack for modders, you have been warned.

If you want to see some of the units from here they're in my Romans mod.

Otherwise as the title suggests this mod is outdated because it's only for use as assets.

how to make units working in editor? if its not updated there is no way to make units work?? :maybe channging the version of the game from enterrior

No, the mod is outdated and needs a few simple and minor user tweaks to get it working, you can find the instructions for these on the second or third pages of the comment section here.
