This is real, not a joke. But to do this you must finish the last mission, and have a lot of Patience, this will only work if you chose the sixth ranger route (Tammy), if not you will see a diferent thing
First thing to do
Get a lot of patience.
Second thing to do
When you got your patience, finish the game.
Third thing to do
Wait until the credits are finished, Like this.
While waiting you can go and ride your super Chroma Squad Motorbike
More things to do
Now the narator will start talking to you, its funny at the start but you need patience, wait untill he says you won.
And then the dinosaur.

If you'll notice carefully, the team members that show up at that post-credits scene are the same guest characters that appeared to help you through the game.

Thanks for information, i found out the other thing and its less interesting

The super secret may differ depending on your choice at the end of season 4. In my first playthrough I accepted Tammy as the 6th ranger and saw the dinosaur at the end. In the second playthrough I took Mithril Hero and saw different yet less interesting things.
