Exterminate is a great candidate for this one, as most of the missions take place under water

I strongly recommend repeating the second dream for this one, its in the 2nd mission from the quest, dont waste your time hoping RNG would spawn the room

This room finally showed up for me in Exterminate, and it had about 30 enemies in it, so it probably spawns here more than others.
