Rebel Alliance Faction

This is the same faction from the Star Wars Galaxy mod.
I broke it out, so you can use the faction in a normal Reassembly game.
Do not try to use this at the same time as the Star Wars Galaxy.

You can also grab the other factions if you want. Pick and choose as needed:
Galactic Empire
Rebel Alliance
Separatists
Yuuzhan Vong
Chiss Acendancy
The Vagaari
Killik
Ssi-ruuvi Imperium
The Eternal Fleet
Silentium


* These factions will probably be a little under-powered. I balanced them to fight each other. Not to fight the default factions.

1/22/17 - Migrated updates from the main Star Wars Galaxy mod:
- Some ships and bases redesigned.
- More buildings.
- Lots of balance changes.
- Healing beam
- Region adjustments so a larger variety of ships spawn.
- probably a bunch of other stuff I forgot.
