Whenever you face a nether or player do this.
-Swing LMB first to create a normal swing, then right after simultaneously keep LMB pressed and use the run button to create the charge up and run.
This is useful to create distance and give deadly blows.
It definetly helps if you have the stamina skill tree maxed out and the melee perk has to be perk 2.
