Press F4. This will make the game play in windowed mode, which is a lot less scary than fullscreen mode. Just sayin'.

Let this play in the background. (Any music will work as long as it's not scary like dubstep or something)

Cover your gaming area with bright, colorful, cute things, turn on all the lights, invite everyone in your neighborhood to watch you play, turn on a TV and watch some anime or something, etc.

Go into Audio Mixer and mute SPOOKY.exe, so you can't hear the scary noises.

If you really want to get technical, go into the game's asset files and replace everything with cute and colorful stuff. Or just delete everything, idc.

You are now allowed to play Spooky's House of Jumpscares with a 0% chance of getting a heart attack. Congratulations!
