Lite Buildings Overhaul For A Game of Thrones 1.7.1

This mod restructures AGOT Team's buildings, based on the idea that provinces are a single settlement ala King's Landing and Harrenhal where the baronies are sections of the castle, it limits the castle upgrades to the capital holding and bases them on the size of the province, so only castles provinces of 6-7 holdings can grow to the largest.
