These concrete tv advertisements are based on the large LED screens found at Tienanmen Square in Beijing, where they are used to display video advertisements and messages. And they can play a role in your city too, adding a somewhat more realistic yet futuristic ambience and a bit more character. I recommend placing these sparingly in highly commercial areas or in areas with large flat expanses of concrete (like the plazas that come with the game.) This screen is oriented parallel to the road, for situations where you may want to place an ad facing the street, but five other ads are available which are oriented perpendicular to the street if you’d so prefer. Sadly, yes google translate. I don't know any russian speakers so I didn't have anyone who could fix it. I take it "Город-гoвно: вы окажитесь там" is the correct phrasing?
