Hello Mayors ;)
This asset is one of puzzle piece of the JRP Walls - No.1.
Wall texture is converted from my Wall-Pack of the Simcity 4 (2008)[sc4devotion.com]
It's one kind of popular wall-design and seem well in various areas in Japan.
I hope that would be your help to decorat for slope(bank) in your cities ;)

Asset Size : 2 x 1 (PROP is appeared 4 x 1)
Plop Cost : $150 (no need Water, Power and Monthly cost)
Park Effect : 25 / R150m
Icon Added in "Park" menu

ASSET and PROP have each LOD models.
Pieces are never disappeared in far distance ;)

これは「JPN Wall 01」のパズルピースの一つになります。
擁壁のデザインは2008年に作製したSimcity4の「JPN Walls Pack」[sc4devotion.com]からコンバートです。
日本の様々な場所でよく見られるもっともポピュラーなデザインの一つですね。
あなたの街の景観作りに役立てば幸いです。

- Asset 詳細
Assetサイズ ： 2 x 1 （PROPは 4 x 1 のサイズで出現します）
設置費用 ： $150　（電力、水、メンテナンス費用などは掛かりません）
効　果 ：　25 / R150m
「公園」のメニューにアイコン追加です

今回はモデルを分割しAsset、PROP共にLODを持たせましたので
遠景でもモデルが消滅することはありません。

A cause, you could not download right a PROP-file,
Please confirme that you subscribe right for all of PROPs in same time ;)
If you already subscribe them, try to Un-subscribe and re-Subscribe them once.
Steam's work shop have an issue as like this in sometime X)

Sorry, I don't have a knowledge about a property to exclude Seagals in Asset.
so you should use other MOD which is disapear them for ;)

Greetings.I ve dowloaded this asset but it seems that when i place it it dissapears and i can only see it when i unzoom a lot.Also the other wall which is 02 works perfect but i prefer the white can you please help me.

Can you please make a version of this wall without any birds?

I placed like a hundred of these on my cliffs and there are birds all over the skies its soo fucking annoying I really really really want to spray those fucking birds with lead. They're so noisy and they slow my frames down.

Instead of Cities Skyline it become Birds Skyline.

An angle of walls is various by case, same as your country I think so ;)
