Cool...I got them all. Funny thing is, both my in-game journal and the tracker made by DarkStarSword show me with 51 notes, but I still got the cheevo.

Sorry to bother you again, but I have a question (if you can remember details about the game from way back when...lol). Your list of notes, you have 52 (which is what I understand is the number for the achievement). But I notice you list "Instructions for Researching Plants" twice at the beginning...are there actually two seperate notes for this entry? Because I have the entry in my journal, but reading others doesn't seem to yield any results. I ask because I'm down to needing to find just 2 notes, and one is the "Message in a Bottle" (which I could also use a hint on finding, btw). But I don't know what number 52 is, unless there actually are 2 entries for Research. Thanks

Cool. Yea, I keep forgetting that this game is actually pretty old, and I'm just playing it now for the first time. So I guess I should CONTRIBUTE something before I criticize others...lol.

Well according to me finding the missing plants/notes is the first critical need and the second one is how to find them. I've made the first one and I wanted to make the second one later but I have moved on other things.
I've finished the game a very long time ago now, so anyone who wish to fill the gap will be highly welcome.

Er...not to disrespect your work, BUT...

This is a fine list of plants and notes, but it's usefulness is somewhat dubious, since finding the missing plant/note is the critical need. If I use this list to identify what items I'm missing, but still have no idea where to find them...well...I'm just running around the whole island again anyway (which I could do even w/o knowing the names of what I'm looking for).

Even a basic indicator (like NW quadrant) would help limit the search area and make this guide a whole lot more useful.

But thanks for your effort, anyway.
