Discovery From 2001

This is a replica of the Discovery from 2001 a space Odyssey.
It is no longer a work in progress. The interior is complete! It has the correct layout!
Uses hydrogen engines, (I know the original used Ion) has the Centrifuge, Pod bay and a Corridor all the way through the middle. The only Mods are the Deep Space Tranceiver (by Darth Biomech), the Space Odyssey LCD pack (by Arrakis Spice Co.). and two other LCD packs Thank you all!
I try to keep all my stuff Modless, however these mods are Simple, great mods that dont slow anything down.
So after a week and a half of late nights I just updated the Blueprint and its done! All the main areas are done, even the rotating Habitat. It works and Functions realativly well. I used 4 grav gens to simulate the centrifugal force, and tuned the rotor to 2.2 RPM and it works well.
The Discovery Pod (by Tiberius) fits perfectly in the pod Bays and looks Amazing as well as functioning superbly. I highly recomend using that model with this one.Thanks Tiberius.
When I decided to take on this design I had no Idea what I was in for! Its been a fun ride, especialy when I was attacked by drones because i forgot to turn off drones in the world properties. I ended up rebuilding part of the Sphere and it turned out better the second time.
One of my favorite things to do is to override the Pitch control on the Gyros and watch it spin over Jupiter! Then I crawl into the center door, turn them off, and fly it away...
