Super Civs - Captain America

This mod adds the American Empire as a civilization, lead by Captain America. Requires BNW and G&K.

UA: No, you move.
Specialists provide +1 of their respective yields. All units get +15% Combat Strength inside friendly territory.
UU: Super Soldier
American Empire (Captain America) unique replacement for the Infantry. In addition to the abilities of the Infantry, gains a unique promotion to gain experience 50% faster, +1 movement and +15 Health when healing, which carries over after upgrading, and has an increased cost.
UB: Recruitment Center
American Empire unique replacement for the Windmill. Production bonus changes to +5% overall. Can be built in any City. Loses the base production, but has 3 Engineer Specialist slots. Also gains +1 Local Happiness and +2 Culture. 2 Maintenance.

Version History:
v4 - Probably a couple small changes/fixes. Added a standalone Religions mod, and updated some existing civs' religious preferences.
v3 - Added war and peace music! Added support for a number of popular mods. Keep in mind, I've never played with any of them, so let me know if there are any bugs related to them, or if certain leader behaviors are inappropriate. Also let me know what other mods you'd like support for.
v2 - Enlarged alpha and flag icons. Removed the dependency on BNW and G+K. Fair warning, most of these still need one or both of them, but I don't have the time or will to test any of that, so use at your own risk/discretion.
v1 - The very first release! Yay!
