Achievements that can be missed will be listed first, so that you can get them all in one playthrough. There are four achievements you can miss: Chad, Shocking revelations, Family Ties, The Mist.

Missable
When riding on the Tunnel of Tales, as the swan takes a corner, you'll see Chad the mascot stare at you and follow you with his head. I was looking at him and this popped; if you don't look at Chad during these few seconds, you will miss the achievement.



Missable
In the area with the bumper cars, make sure to check out the bumper car that's off the arena, in the lineup area somewhere. I'm pretty sure that's where I unlocked it.


Missable
It's a photograph on a bench that is by the second ride, the spinning one. It's on a bench by the walkway.


Missable
No, this doesn't unlock by completing the game. At the very beginning of the game, you'll want to exit the park, past the arm, up the road toward the mist, until the game won't let you go any further.


Story achievement; can't miss it.
It should trigger as soon as you enter the gate at the beginning of the game.


Story achievement; can't miss it.
It should pop once you exit the first ride, Tunnel of Tales. After the quick loading screen when you disembark the swan.


Story achievement; can't miss it.
After the quick event at the bumper cars is when this one should pop.

Story achievement; can't miss it.
After getting off of the ferris wheel, you'll see the missing cart just down the hill.


Story achievement; can't miss it.
Unlocked during or just after the rollercoaster ride.


Story achievement; can't miss it.
Unlocked seconds after the rollercoaster ride, once you pick up the flashlight in plain sight.


Story achievement; can't miss it.
Sitting on the very first booth once you've entered Siideshow Alley. You need to read this to trigger an event to trigger another event which leads to the next achievement.


Story achievement; can't miss it.
You'll find the bottle of pills in the middle of Sideshow Alley, which you need to use to progress. Once the sequence is finished, the achievement will unlock.


Story achievement; can't miss it.
Once you've entered the final area, this achievement will unlock.


Story achievement; can't miss it.
Finish the game, and this should unlock after the ending, but before the credits roll.
