It's extremely easy to do this.

Firstly, start a whole new game. (Or continue from a previous save.)

Secondly, press TAB or whatever key you have bound to the Console command.

Thirdly, input this setbind MouseScrollUp killnearestmess.

Finally, use the scrollwheel upwards until all mess and chunks are gone!
