Yes but in real life, cars would go around slow-moving vehicals, in cities skylines though, the traffic A.I. is too dumb to do that.

Speed limist just for a bit of realism. I used a russian military URAL truck as reference, so... just a vehicle itself has a weight of 14 tonn, plus 12 tonns of cargo on max load. In real life this things dosn't goes too fast, even on highways juset cause... they cannot i guess :)

I love it, but i dont get why people insist on putting ridiculous speed limits on their vehicles.
You do realize that if you put any custom vehicle at less than 100km/h speed, they will literally crawl along the highways and cause a thousand car queue behind them, essentially breaking traffic in your entire city.
