Getting Eets to run on modern systems

Eets has been updated. This is no longer required. -- Eets doesn't run correctly on Windows 7 and later due to updated libraries. If you try to run it in compatibility mode it won't be able to find "steam.dll". This guide will tell you how to fix both of these problems.

Setting everything up

Navigate to "Eets.exe" in the game's install directory.
(Default: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Eets")
Right click on it and open up its properties. Click on the compatibility tab.
Check "Run this program in compatibility mode for:" and select "Windows XP (Service Pack 3)".
Navigate to your Steam installation and copy "Steam.dll".
(Default: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam")
Navigate back to the game's install directory and paste it next to "Eets.exe".
Rename it from "Steam.dll" to "steam.dll" just to be safe.
