How to beat that stupid catapult
Here it is! THAT STUPID CATAPULT:

Man!! There are only a few puzzles in Mushroom 11 that have taken me a long time to complete, and this one took me the LONGEST!

Obviously, beating this puzzle involves splitting yourself in two-- one half to hold down the button, another to sit on the catapult.

However, just erasing the smaller lump on the button will almost NEVER get you far enough to land on the other side of the lava. So long as you're near the end of the catapult and not overhanging it, the shapes you sculpt yourself into will have little effect, too. So what gives, catapult?? How do we handle this?

ANSWER: Erase part of yourself while you're flying through the air! Shortly after launch, delete part of your body to make yourself lighter. With careful sculpting, you'll go slightly farther and land clear on the opposite side of the lava. Make sure you delete the parts of yourself further away from safety, however, to maintain your maximum possible travel distance. It may take several tries, but it's the most reliable way I've found to get past the catapult.

Good luck!

It's not a hard puzzle, but it's the worst if you're trying for the Perfect achievements.

I seem to have to have the opposite problem. I keep accidentally beating the stupid catapult section when I'm trying instead to get the dna.

Just played that part...wanted to let you know that there's a easier way, too. Just place a very small "lump" of yourself on the catapult, and let all the rest roll down to the button. Then just erase(with RMB) a tiny bit of the large glob that is holding the button down(it will be large enough to stay in place)
The small part of you on the catapult will go flying(and the camera will follow it) overshooting quite a bit.
