Special Thanks to Flesk, never would have found those due to how they were hidden. Was able to pattern match the remaining Denial based on how others were hidden.

1. Tutorial Level 10 (11th Node) - Only use gravity and mid-air movement, no walking
2. Denial Level 9 (10th Node) - Reach the end point, then go back, you'll see Hope at the starting point. When navigating back past the spike balls, you can go up left up left up.
3. Anger Level 4 (5th Node) - Gravity to the right to miss first button, then grav way up, wait for giant ball to come close, then grav back down and backtrack, get it then you can die
4. Bargaining Level 8 (9th Node)
5. Depression Level 2 (3rd Node) - Move left, hit button and wait, grav to left for a split second then grav back down, walk right and push cube just before up opening, grav up with you and cube on ceiling, grav right, grav up, move over button that makes hope appear above doorway when pushed, grav down - take one quick step to the right, grav right, grav up... if fast enough you'll get it.

Denial Level 7 (8th Node) - Get to green area, set grav to left, run hard and move down onto tiny ledge, grav right and move down to clear spike area, be amazed when you go through the wall.
