Doesnt work, actually causes civs to become upset about warmongering after a handful of turns, even without ever being in a war.

The warmonger system is the worst part of Civ5. Someone declares war on me, I squish them, and then I get warmonger, not them (because they didn't take a city). Then people who used to like me start chain denouncing me. I declare war on them for being dicks. I squish them in a defensive war. They bribe me with a city to sue for peace. Who gets the warmonger? Me?!

@Yoda Nobunaga: Huh. I probably meant "No longer supported", then (I haven't touched this in years, so I don't remember). I've updated the description.

This mod works perfectly. It might be a bit hard to see its effects at first but it still works. When you take over a city by force, you will see the "worried about your warmongering" crap in the diplomacy screen for other civ leaders but that warmonger penalty disappears when you click end turn.

It works for me, but it also works for the AI. This means that the AI is constantly fighting wars against me and each other because their programming no longer causes them to care about being seen as a warmonger!
