I've updated the asset and corrected an incorrectly scaled lod which I believe caused the problem.

UPDATE: This model has been updated to try and solve the spawning issues people have been having.
The illumination has also been updated with a more realistic look. Let me know if all is OK.

Getting an error when this asset loads into a city :

I´m having the same problem too. It seems to only affect the L4 and L5 houses.

Same here, can no longer see it in theme manager.

This house and level 4 doesn't spqwn anymore. T.T crying crying.... It doesn't show up on the theme manager either... It's turned on the assets, I'm not sure what's wrong but it's not working T.T
