Optical Defusion
Kill Monoculus. You can find him on the map Eyeaduct where he spawns every 3 minutes. The best way to kill him is to work together as a team like it is with every boss.


Dive Into a Good Book
After you killed Monoculus you have to jump very fast into the portal that spawns after his death. This will bring you to Loot Island where you have to go to the top of the mountain and jump into the Bombinomicon.

Sleepy Holl0WND
For this you have to hit the Headless Horseless Hunter as one of the last players before he dies. (The HHH of Carnival of Carnage is not meant here!) The best Way to make him damage are Sentrys and for the last hits I recommand you to use Scout because he is faster than the HHH and he doesn't kill you if he can't reach you (if he gets you he kills you with one hit).

Gored!
This one is a little more difficult than the one above but if you damaged him enough and then hit his back as a scout (some people try to melee him as a demoman but for me it has only worked as a scout) with a melee weapon, this shouldn't be a problem for you. Just don't let him get you.

Masked Mann
For this one you have to wait until halloween because the haunted halloween gifts (on all maps) just spawn in this time. (I didn't find a server that offers these gifts). If it is Halloween, you have to play Mann Manor for this achievement. All you have to know about this gift you can find in this guide from Darth Führer.

Sackston Hale
For this you have to find 9 different masks in the haunted halloween gifts (only on Mann Manor). After that you can craft the Sackston Hale mask to get the achievement.

Carnival of Carnage: Bumper to Bumper to Bumper
Just like the discription says, you have to win all three different minigames atleast one time. (After every round, one will automatically start). Just win one round of Bumper Car Soccer, Falling Platforms and Duck Collectors.

Carnival Of Carnage: Up All Night To Get Ducky
Just collect 250 ducks in the minigame Duck Collectors. You might need to play this map for a long time to get all the achievements but for me, this map was really fun!

Carnival Of Carnage: Bumper Crop
Like with the one above, you'll need much time for this one because you have to kick 30 other players out of the tracks with your bumper car. This can be made in all of the three minigames but the best of these three games to get this achievement is Falling Platforms.

Carnival Of Carnage: Hat Trick
Score 3 goals in Bumper Car Soccer. This one is easy, isn't it?



Carnival Of Carnage: ReinKartnation
If you die in one of the three minigames, you'll respawn immediately but as a ghost. If you fly as a ghost into a player that is still alive, you become alive again. For this achievement you have to be the one alive and you have to revive the other players. Just try to not die in a round and stop if you see a ghost in your team color flying behind you to give him a chance to touch you.

Carnival Of Carnage: Arms Reduction
If a round lasts a little longer than it normally does, Merasmus will use curses on you. For this achievement you have to kill 15 enemies with the melee-only spell. You will recognize the spell when you can only use melee weapons after the normal "curse-event".

Carnival Of Carnage: Step Right Up
Just complete 4 of the achievements above to get this one! :)

Wizards Never Prosper
The best way to kill him is teamwork. He will sometimes hide to heal himself and the long you need to find him, the more time you need to kill him. If he hides, just shoot/kill the furnitures, pumpkins and whatever spawns new in the map.

A Lovely Vacation Spot
This one is very similar to the one with Monoculus because you also have to run into the portal after killing the boss. Like with the HHH I recommand you to use scout because you are faster than any other class and so faster in the portal. After that you land on Skull Island where you also have to go up the hill.

Hat Out of Hell
This one is very easy and fast to get. Just play a full round on Helltower. After that you'll land in hell, where you have to get up the mountain and jump into the Book.


Helltower: Hell on Wheels
For this one you must be the one that explodes with the driving grave of one of the brothers. If you really want to get it fast, the best way is an empty server with Helltower but if you don't want that, just play the map often and hope you don't die when you are on the elevator.

Helltower: Mine Games
I recommand you to play pyro for the enviroment kills because the best way to get them is the airblast (right klick on default). Just use the magic bridge that appears sometimes and hope someone uses it too. This might also need some time because you need 17 enviroment kills.

Helltower: Skeleton Coup
Sometimes, playing on Helltower, there will two bridges appear. Just don't use them and wait for the skeletons to come. But be careful! Tall skeletons will, when you kill them, become to many little ones that can kill you very fast! Very good for this one is a sentry, even a minicentry because i'll also attack skeletons.

Helltower: Spelling Spree
To get spells, run over the flying books that are all over the map. They also drop after a player with one in his inventory dies. You can use it with the speacial action key. Only kill 25 other players with them. For me the best one was the fireball because you can shoot two times and it makes a lot of damage.

Helltower: Hell's Spells
To get a rare spell go often over the bridges that appear sometimes and then go through the door that is on the little island. The rare spell is the one with the little skeleltons that fight for your team.

Helltower: Competitive Spirit
For this one I needed about six days only playing this map. Win 142 rounds on this map and you'll get it.


The Mann-tastic Four
Like on the map Carnival of Carnage, just get 4 of the achievements above and get this one.

Ghastly Gibus Grab
This one is even possible to get if you do not play on a halloween map. Very much beginners of this game wear this hat because they haven't any other. It shouldn't be a problem to get it.

Costume Contest
Just as the discription says, kill a spy that is disguised as your currently class on a halloween map of your choice.


Scared Stiff
You can find ghosts on almost every map. I recommand you to take the one that is next to the "Flag" on Carnival of Carnage because if the other team tries to get it, the player gets automatically stunned by the ghost.

Candy Coroner
If you play on a halloween map, players that get killed will drop these pumpkins randomly. Just collect 20 of them. They also give you crits for a short time.


Attack o' Lantern
Exploding pumpkins you can find on every halloween map too. If you play on one, just look out for them and hope, someone of the other team gets close to one. The best victims for that are snipers :D
