Simple Weapon / Item Highlights

Note: This addon is discontinued and will no longer receive updates.

Some simple highlight system to mark the position of close items and weapons.
Supply items, like healthkits or batteries will appear green, ammo blue and Half-Life 2 weapons slightly yellow.
Scripted weapons will appear blue-ish and scripted entites (spawnables only!) will appear cyan.
(hud NOT included)

Q: Can I somehow change the highlight colors?
A: For now, check for "ihl_" console commands. I'll add more advanced options soon.

Q: Why do items have no name displayed?
A: Because gmod sets the name in the UI, not in the item. I'll maybe add them manually...

Q: Why are some scripted entities like cut-off limbs highlighted? That's just weird...
A: Because the creator of that gore mod you're using tagged the gibs as menu spawnable, for whatever reason.

Q: What is the hud you're using?
A: I made that one up about half a year ago. It's not available for download.

Q: What maps were these screenshots taken on?
A: d2_lostcoast ( Half-Life 2: Lost Coast ) and dm_steamlab ( Half-Life 2: Deathmatch )

Q: What is that weapon shown on one of the screenshots?
A: It's from one of my other addons.

- A weapons name is sometimes displayed twice on the screen. One at the default position, one at the maps origin position.

- None. For now...
