The build I use now is: Warrior Tabi, Jotunns wrath, Devourers gauntlet, hide of the urchin, bloodforge, hydras lament (I use this for joust and arena and it works well for me)
actives i use beads and HOG.
I choose Urchin over Magi's Blessing since I feel fenrir lacks protection. Urchin helps give him a boost of protection and beads can help fenrir get rid of CC. Urchin also has more protection which is why I prefer it over Magi's blessing although some prefer shifters shield.
Fenrir is best played as early game assassin that switches to being an initiator/tank from mid game to late, because as a pure dmg dealer he stops being usefull very fast (unless your team is completely dominating). + Building auto attack items for an ability based God is strange (obviously you can play with that, but it is just not optimal build).
Why start the game with boots, when you can get yourself a pot and increase your early game potential? Your skills already allow you to chase enemy well enough and first lvl boots won't help you much
