Crayons

The first four Crayons are located in Lily's cabin (the first one on the left).


The fifth Crayon is located on the aft of the vessel. Follow the railing on the starboard side (that's the side with Lily's cabin) until you reach the paddlewheel. There is a walkway around the paddlewheel that leads to the center of the stern.

The sixth Crayon is located in the Boiler Room. After exiting the elevator, look on the ground a bit ahead and on the right.

Tickets

Give Lily Teds.


Mix Horace his three requested drinks.


Talk to Alice.


Reminisce with the Boilerman.
Walkthrough


The beginning of the game has you spawn on a pier with no dock and no boat. In the distance, you can see a sole lighthouse, but you are not alone. There is a figure at the upper left side of the pier. Upon approaching her and the fallen lantern, she vanishes with a sigh. Turn around, and there is a man cloaked like a reaper. The man is the captain of a small steamboat; he tells you to board.



Talk to the captain, the Ferryman, again when you board; he is located in the cabin, known as the bridge, on the right. He wants you to collect the the passengers tickets, starting with a little girl named Lily. (Also, don't forget to look at the painting behind the Ferryman.)



Lily is distraught about the loss of her friend, the stuffed teddy bear aptly named Teds. Visit the room next door to find Teds lying on the floor next to a lamp -which you can turn off, by the way- and take him to Lily. Console Lily and she will disappear, leaving behind her ticket. (Then collect the crayons distributed around the room.)



After taking Lily's ticket to the Ferryman, he will send you upstairs to the bar. Approach the elevator in the back of the corridor, and visit the last room on the right for a painting; then go into the elevator and view the two paintings therein.



Once on the second floor you will see a painting on the right and a jukebox on the left. You will have to change the song on the jukebox to talk with the figure at the bar, and you will have to talk to him from behind said bar. Horace will ask you to mix him three drinks during your conversation with him: the combinations are 2+6, 4+3, and 1+5. He will then vanish and leave behind a ticket. The mysterious figure from the pier awaits you in the elevator.



Visit the Ferryman and give him Horace's ticket. He will then rave about a woman blocking his view of the vast ocean before him. Go out and talk with the woman known as Alice. She will tell you about how she came to be on the boat, and about the shadows that lurk the vessel; she will also request that you visit the Boiler room. Her mask becomes too much to bear, then she fades away, leaving behind her ticket.



Take the elevator down to the Boiler room, and look to the right to find a soot-covered painting on the ground; a crayon is a few steps from the elevator to the right on the floor. The Boilerman is straight ahead. He will discuss with you the existence of the passengers and of your fate. If you are cross to him, he will throw you in the furnace and chuck coals in behind you, ending the game right there.



Just kidding. You will get his ticket after a lengthy chat, then go back topside. You will notice that the steamboat has arrived at the lighthouse, and there are two stars burning bright at the lighthouse's base. Go to the back of the boat to get the final crayon, then cross the gangplank to the sandy island.



Talk to both Alice and the Ferryman. They will lay out the options for which you have: go to the great beyond with your loved ones or go back to the mortal realm. You will need to choose both to get all the achievements; but in either case, your journey comes to an end.

This is the first guide that I have created. Please feel free to tell me how i have done. I know the formatting is a little off; I spent a lot of time tweaking it in the editor, but it didn't turn out the same. Additionally, I did not want to add too much spoilers, like going into the characters plot. Should I have included an analysis?
