I am running a Radeon 6970 and I am struggling to get more than 30 FPS (with everything in the game turned to low or off), which is a pity as I am used to playing with full FPS at 144hz.
I followed your guide step by step but I could not see any improvement.
I guess the 6000 Series is just generally not working well with BO3 as a friend of mine has a 7950 which is almost identical in performance. However he has 100+ FPS
