Another possiblity for the Runner achievement: the electrified dance floor on Neon Pool Party.

I'm using it to die repeatedly for the Unbowed achievement. If you rush to the switch at the very start (push to move while loading screen still up, you will actually be moving to get head start) you can get 30-40 kills combo, out of the 68 total on the level.

For the Runner achievement the very last character is the way to go (the one who sparks with electricity when you hit run button). I didn't understand how to use him at first. You keep hitting run until the bar charges up fully then he goes super fast until it runs down.

I suggest going to the Halloween or Biker level and restarting until you get the spare clothes item from bag. Charge up and you can massacre big group of people quick, and even get person before they call cops. If not no worries, just charge up some more, run through level killing people until cops show up. Keep charging/stabbing until cop almost nabs you then use spare clothes. At that point you can charge up and run through level picking off survivors with little problem.
